Chunky pieces of Venison & Pheasant slow roasted with carrots, onions & leeks in Tawny Port.  Served with creamy mash & fresh vegetables

Salmon En Croute

A fillet of Salmon, cream cheese & fresh local watercress all wrapped in Filo Pastry & served with buttered new potatoes & a dressed salad
